REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
Any requests for refund of product
must be made within 15 days of purchase. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Requests for refund will only be
granted for the return of saleable product.
Customer must call for a RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) Code.
Partial cases returned will be pro-rated
based upon the original purchase price.
A restocking fee of 10% will apply
to all returned merchandise that is returned in saleable condition based
upon the original purchase price.
No credit will be given for product
returned without a proper RMA Code.
Returned product must be received
in its original packaging in saleable condition with seals intact.
Returned product must be accompanied
by a copy of the original invoice or receipt to insure proper credit.
All refunds shall be credited to
the original purchaser and payment source.
All return shipping and handling
is at the customer’s expense.
All inquiries and correspondence
must include a proper RMA Code and the claimant’s name, address
and phone number to insure proper reply to any inquiries.
Please allow 10 business days for
replies to all inquiries prior to further contact.
This return policy constitutes the
full agreement between purchaser and seller, and no verbal or oral agreement
shall be honored other than as contained in this Refund Policy.

no responsibility for lost, damaged, or unauthorized return shipments,
and no refund shall be authorized or given.
